Norma Jean Rutledge – Senior Analyst

Ms. Rutledge is an experienced manufacturing and process engineer and a graduate of DeVry University with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical Program Management, Summa Cum Laude. In addition to her formal education, she holds patents in High Resolution Stereolithography and Electro Mechanical Testing Devices. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt, Journeyman Machinist and experienced in Machine Tool design, Welding and NC Programming. Prior to joining IBIS, Ms. Rutledge has held senior technical and management positions at major Defense Electronics Companies, Venture Capital funded technology start-ups and Contract Design and Manufacturing Businesses. She has in-depth experience in Manufacturing Process/Product Design, Product Development and Business Process Improvement.
